Leilani Sunglao

Leilani is an Italian and Filipino makeup artist from NYC. From her childhood in traditional Sicily to the punk clubs of the Lower East Side, she finds her influence in all that evokes grace and rebellion.

Her unique perspective comes from her background in film and SFX makeup, where she experimented with different techniques and mediums to develop a twist to her creations. Connecting with the fashion industry, she honed a fresh approach to beauty with the famed “no makeup-makeup” technique and clean skincare.

Integrating both worlds, Leilani has established a reputation known for her inventive aesthetic and polished looks.

She is currently based in Los Angeles.
